We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Works Supervisor. Reporting to the Manager of Works, the position schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities for civil construction and maintenance tasks. Leading a diverse team the position requires a hands-on leader with good communication skills.
- Permanent full-time position - 76 hours per fortnight
- Remuneration range of $1899.74 to $2127.71 gross per week + Superannuation.

- Project Coordination and Budget Management
- Team Supervision and Leadership
- Safety and Compliance
- Risk Management
- Environmental and Safety Compliance
What you need to succeed:
- Have experience supervising staff relevant to the role.
- Have strong communication, organisational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated and thorough understanding and competence in relevant council construction activities
