Our Engineering & Environmental Services team plays a crucial role in keeping our infrastructure in top shape, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us!
As a Laborer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that make a real difference in our community. Whether it’s assisting with construction, maintenance, or traffic control, your contributions will help keep our town running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll dive into a mix of hands-on activities, including:
- Helping ensure our work sites are safe and secure for everyone.
- Assisting with traffic control to keep our community moving.
- Installing roadside furnishings like signs and guardrails.
- Getting your hands dirty with concreting, bitumen patching, and more!
- Operating plant equipment as needed.
- And of course, any other fun tasks that come up along the way!
Who We're Looking For
We’re on the lookout for friendly folks who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. If you’re:
- At least a high school graduate (School Certificate minimum).
- Hold a current Class C driver’s license.
- Have a White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
- Open to learning and eager to contribute to the team.
Bonus points if you have some experience in the construction industry! But don’t worry if you’re just starting out; we’re happy to train the right candidates.
