Your New Role
As our Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining our regional and shire roads, ensuring all infrastructure is safe and sound. This role is not just about supervision; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in hands-on work, from concreting to operating plant equipment, all while leading a small, enthusiastic team.
Who We're Looking For
If you’re ready to take on a leadership role that mixes management with practical work, we want to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil maintenance or related fields.
- Strong skills in supervising and motivating a small team.
- A valid MR License and other relevant certifications.
- A knack for problem-solving and a passion for quality work.
We appreciate individuals who are proactive, enjoy working in a team, and have great communication skills. Your ability to coordinate and plan effectively will be key to your success in this role.
