What You'll Be Doing!

As our Grader Operator, your day-to-day will involve working with a skilled team to ensure that our construction and maintenance projects run smoothly.

  • You'll be responsible for operating the grader safely, performing precise grading tasks, and assisting with various civil construction activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us achieve quality results!
  • Safely operate and maintain the grader, ensuring quality outcomes across diverse materials and conditions.
  • Perform final trim grading, shoulder grading, and assist with site setouts.
  • Supervise and guide team members and contractors to meet project goals.
  • Help maintain a strong safety culture and comply with WHS procedures.

Who You Are!

We’re looking for someone who isn’t just skilled but also values teamwork and safety. If you're passionate about construction, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working outdoors, you might be the perfect fit!

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience and final trim abilities.
  • Possess a Class MR Driver License and Construction White Card.
  • Have a SafeWork accredited certificate for Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Control Plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise a small team.
  • We also appreciate any additional skills you bring, such as a Class HC Driver License, First Aid Certificate, or experience with Topcon GPS!
