Your Opportunity: Civil Construction Plant Operator Apprentice
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us as a Plant Operator Apprentice. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, jump into the construction world, and pick up new skills along the way, this is the apprenticeship for you!

Your Role

As a Plant Operator Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining community infrastructure. You'll be operating a range of plant and machinery, like graders and excavators, and getting involved in all sorts of construction tasks. This is your chance to learn on the job, work in a team, and make a real difference.

  • Safely operate and maintain plant and machinery.
  • Assist with concrete work, footpath repairs, and stormwater installation.
  • Record timesheets and plant hire details.
  • Be part of a culture focused on quality work and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

We’re after someone who’s eager to learn, has a great attitude, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. No need for a lot of experience—just a passion for learning and growing in civil construction!

  • A School Certificate (minimum) and a current Class C Driver Licence.
  • White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
  • Good communication skills to work with the team and the public.
  • Bonus points for any experience in labouring or construction.
