As a Lead Educator, you will lead the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You will foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel secure, are supported to learn and develop, and are encouraged to reach their full potential.
In this role, the safety, rights, wellbeing, and best interests of children are paramount and must underpin all aspects of the room's operations, decision-making, interactions, and functions. You will actively promote a child-safe culture, ensuring that every child is respected, protected, heard, and supported to thrive.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Or Currently working towards a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete relevant pre-employment checks, which may include:

A valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.

Verification of qualifications and licences.

Reference checks, including child-related employment references where applicable.

National Criminal History Check (where required).

Identification and right-to-work verification.
Applicants may be asked to provide examples of how they have supported children's safety, wellbeing and development in previous employment, volunteer work, study placements or community activities.
