The Role
As a Trainee Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting a wide range of civil construction projects. Working with experienced engineers and technical officers, you’ll be involved in planning, documentation, inspections, and on-the-ground project delivery.
Projects may include:
- Roads and drainage
- Stormwater systems
- Footpaths and public infrastructure
This traineeship is designed to develop your technical skills and provide valuable exposure to engineering practices and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated individual who is ready to learn and grow in the engineering field. You will have:
- A willingness and capacity to complete studies to Certificate IV level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
Desirable qualifications and skills include:
We’re looking for someone eager to learn, committed to training, and ready to contribute to our team.
- Higher School Certificate
- Construction White Card
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Interest or experience in civil construction
